The newest trend in escaping graft cases is the usage of the doctrine of the inordinate delay, corrupt politicians delay the process of justice in order to dismiss the case which relieve their guilt. It is a pure and absolute form of corruption. In almost all forms of governance corruption will exist, once an individual did something against the constitution it will be automatically becomes corruption and from that moment onwards it has become a tradition. Corruption is a never-ending thing which should be put into an end, it is not an easy process to do but someone has to stand against it. It should all start from the highest positioned being, the president, for everything will progress if it stars with him. He should amend the law and put sharper fangs to it, clean the justice system and remove all the holes on it.

Starting with 92 different low public officials ca1n’t make the government clean at all but starting the change from the pinnacle of this system could make a straight change. We must stop the culture of corruption from the President to the barangay official and by doing so they can exhibit proper governance, but the problem is they can’t express nationalism and patriotism since they are too busy filling their pockets with money which should be use for the improvement of our country. As future voters we must be aware of how this system work and how we should contribute in order to end this endless tragedy.
